Updates on Camp Maple this year: Dear Maple Families, We are excited to introduce Camp Maple for Summer 2025! To provide the highest quality summer camp experience for your family, we have partnered with KE Camps to run our summer camp this year. We believe this is an opportunity to provide you with the best camp services, run by experienced camp professionals. KE Camps works exclusively with private clubs across the country to provide an expertly run and well-rounded camp experience. The KE Camps team looks forward to passing on their love of camp to your family this summer. While KE Camps operates over 250 camps nationwide during the season, Camp Maple will be customized to our needs, utilizing Maple Ski Ridge’s top-notch amenities and beautiful property. We anticipate any changes experienced by our Camp Maple Families will be for the better! The essence of Camp Maple will remain the same: Outside and Unplugged! What will KE Camps do for Maple Ski Ridge? •KE Camps will create a Camp Maple webpage on the KE Camps website (www.kecamps.com), where you can view camp information and details. In addition, KE Camps will provide camp-related information to your family leading up to camp and throughout the summer. You can also link to the KE Camp site right from our Camp Maple website! www.mapleskiridge.com •KE Camps will recruit, hire, and train all camp staff, each of whom will have a passion for working with children in a camp setting. In addition to an extensive interview process, this includes performing appropriate background and reference checks and requiring all staff members to be First Aid and CPR trained (at a minimum). KE expects to hire many of Camp Maple’s previous counselors to join the KE Camp staff. The staff will consist of an on-site Camp Director as well as a team of camp counselors to provide an average staff to camper ratio of 6:1. In addition to being the primary contact for our families during the camp season, the Camp Director will work closely with the KE Camps management team as well as our own Maple management staff to coordinate the details and logistics of camp. Information about our Camp Director will be provided as we get closer to the opening day of camp. •KE Camps will handle all camper registrations through their website, including collecting camper information (health histories, allergies, etc.), billing, and customer service. The KE Camps team is accessible year-round with extended office hours during the summer so you will always be able to connect with someone for any questions or concerns that come up. Communication with the KE Camps team includes phone, email, and live chat via their website. •KE Camps will plan and implement age-appropriate programming for our campers, entering grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. KE Camps is committed to providing a dynamic camp schedule, where campers will participate in a combination of athletic, creative, and educational activities (sound familiar?)– all while thriving in a supportive and encouraging environment. Each week’s schedule will include a combination of Arts & Crafts, STEM Activities, Fun with Foods, Team-Building, Science Projects, Group Games, Wacky Wednesday Theme Days, Thankful Thursday Community Service Projects, and Friday Funday Spirit Days. •KE Camps will provide an inclusive and confidence-building atmosphere at camp for every camper. Through the tradition of earning SMILE Bands (Sportsmanship, Mindfulness, Inclusion, Leadership, Enthusiasm), camp provides an opportunity for character-building and personal growth. In addition, get ready for other fun camp traditions incorporated throughout the summer. It is these traditions that truly make it feel like camp! Enrollment will open on April 1! KE Camps’ flexible registration allows you to sign up for as many weekly sessions as you would like, with the ability to add sessions throughout the season as well. Tuition and lunch details can be found on the Maple Ski Ridge of the KE Camps website. Ahead of registration opening, we hope you will “save the date” for camp and mark your calendars for the following sessions: •June 30 – July 3 •July 7-11 •July 14-18 •July 21-25 •July 28 – August 1 •August 4-8 •August 11-15 •August 18-22 •August 25-29 Camp operates from 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Before-Care begins at 7:30am and After-Care lasts until 5:30pm (for an additional weekly cost each).
